You can get professional and verified handymen on boosu.com.gh and also apply to become a handyman if you meet our qualifications and requirement. You can use the Service from a computer or a mobile device.

   By using the Services You understand and acknowledge that We provide a handyman - Cleaner, Plumber, Painter, Mover, Generator Installer/Repairer, Electrician, TV Installer/Repairer, Carpenter, Wall Artist and General help on demand. Although we do not control Handymen’s work product or behavior on the job site, we recommend trained and verified handymen with professional experience. Handymen are required, as a condition of being part of our community to adhere to certain basic conduct standards such as professional conduct, reliability, honesty and good workmanship. Handymen are not permitted to represent themselves as our employees or that they have the ability to bind us to certain actions. Handymen are solely responsible for determining the means and manner of performing the Help Services to Clients. We are not responsible for delivering on or completing any tasks and we are not responsible for and will not be liable in any way for any acts or omissions of Handymen and/or their employees or personnel. However, we do endorse, validate and verify the qualifications, skills or licenses of Handymen.

   In order to access the Service and request for a help service, you will be required to provide certain personal information as well as details about the help Services you require. Posting a Task: If you post a task on the Website, you will be asked to provide certain information pertaining to the Help Service requested, including the location the task would be performed, the date and time of the requested Help Service, your email address, and the estimated time for the Service.
   2. Processing your Request: Once your tasks has been posted, you are responded to within one hour by email or phone by boosu.com.gh’s personnel and assigned a handyman.
   3. Completion and Billing of a Task: When a task has been completed, the final or balance amount of the Services will be charged to the Client’s payment card or other means of payment.
   4. Task Completion Disputes: Clients have 24 hours from completion of the task to file a dispute. Disputes may be filed by calling or emailing us and providing us with evidence such as photographs and narration. BOOSU.COM.GH will take seven (7) days or less to review and provide a response to any complaints.

3. Prohibited Activities:

   Prohibited Services: The following is a non-exhaustive list of the type of services that are prohibited from being requested, offered, negotiated or completed in relation to the Service by Users:

   1. any service that would violate the law, rules, regulations, orders and/or legal rights of any person or entity in the jurisdiction of the Client or the Handyman or in any other applicable jurisdiction, including without limitation, criminal laws and labour and employment laws;
   2. any service that encourages or facilitates illegal activity;
   3. pornographic or obscene services including sexual and escort services, offers and solicitations of prostitution, and pornography;
   4. any services or contracts that the Client has no legal right to request or that the handyman has no legal right to perform;
   5. lottery, raffles, sweepstakes entries.
   6. any services that would harm children or minors
   7. affiliate marketing, multilevel marketing or pyramid schemes; and
   8. services related to spam, or unsolicited services or products, or false, misleading or fraudulent services.

4. Pricing and Payment:

   1. Pricing: We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Site to our users; however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
   2. Taxes: The Help Service Charge is Inclusive of Value Added Tax.
   3. Refunds: Since BOOSU.COM.GH offers competitive prices, the bookings are final. In the event that a Client is entitled to a full refund, Boosu.com.gh will be liable for the same. However, BOOSU.COM.GH will charge the Client the sum of #500.
   4. Changes to Help Service Charges: BOOSU.COM.GH reserves the right to change the Service Fee or implement charges for other features of the Service as indicated to Users from time to time. Any revised fees will take effect 7 days from the date of posting on the Website or notification to your account.

5. Restrictions on User Content and Use of the Service:

   BOOSU.COM.GH reserves the right at all times (but will have no obligation) to remove or refuse to distribute any User Content and to terminate users or reclaim usernames. We also reserve the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information as we reasonably believe is necessary to

   4. You are not entitled to receive any compensation or re-imbursement of any kind from BOOSU.COM.GH or any of the other users of the Website in respect of the Feedback.

9. Disputes and Complaints:

   If you are dissatisfied with the performance of any worker, you must report the issue within twenty-four (24) hours. If you do not report an issue within that time, you waive your right to dispute the issue. BOOSU.COM.GH is not responsible for refunding or reimbursing any User for fees paid to another party. If you have any disputes with a worker, Boosu.com.gh serves the right to resolve the issue in a manner in which she deems fit. Although we attempt to solve disputes amicably and fairly, we make no guarantees that the settlement will be solely in your favour.
